Our head office is located in Chennai, South India with two branch offices, namely in Bangalore and Tirupur. SOURCING
Over the past two decades CFTPL have established an enviable reputation and a well-entrenched sourcing network. This places us at an advantage to procure the best of resources from our trusted suppliers. We ensure that each of our suppliers meets stringent standards especially with regard to factory compliance and quality. When it comes to pricing we leverage our network to offer customers the finest in terms of value. Backing our network is our impeccable planning, co-ordination & ethical approach to business that makes the process of sourcing fabric, garments and accessories smooth and hassle-free. We currently handle about 1100 different style references every season and about 4 million pieces of apparels and accessories every year.
DESIGNING
At CFTPL, we realize the value and importance of keeping in touch with current international styles, trends and colors. In line with this we have a dedicated Research & Development team comprising young and enthusiastic designers who participate in forums like international textile and garment fairs. This keeps us in sync with the latest global trends and its applications, and enables us to offer real time FAST FASHION to the customers’ table – a value added service that is much appreciated. A slew of specialized services like this go a long way in forging an impregnable bond with customers.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality is the very essence of any brand's existence and we at CFTPL had taken it as our lifeline. A proactive and systematic follow up with the vendors on various fabric or quality norms stipulated by client requirements forms very much a part of our core services. Mistakes are inevitable at production front, but our dedicated quality team's technical expertise and solution bound work allows the client to take certain informed decisions prior to goods leaving the Indian shores rather than to discover once it reaches destination. It is our belief that any final control will have to be only a formality if the appropriate systems are in place and strictly adhered to. Understanding that each and every garment is sold to individuals, we constantly strive to improve on the processes, which reflects on the products delivered.
COMPLIANCE
With clients relying extensively on our expertise we take utmost care when it comes to overseeing production at factories. To begin with we work only with factories that are duly certified (ISO, GOTS, REACH, BSCI, WRAP, SA8000). We conduct regular factory audits and ensure compliance to government legislations, approvals, certifications, safety codes, and worker welfare measures. We maintain a physical presence on the shop floor to effectively ensure adherence to the stipulated norms. Any deviation from these standards is promptly noticed and swiftly rectified. Our customers are constantly updated with information on laws and government policies pertaining to safety and labour."
